Department of Quality and Accreditation is a structural subdivision of M. Utemisov WKU and provides activities in accordance with the plan of the department and Quality Policy of university.
Mission: Creating an effective university management system.
Goal: continuous improvement of the quality management system of M. Utemisov WKU and implementation of the Quality Policy.
Tasks:
- maintaining documentation in working order;
- organization and conduct of internal audit;
- monitoring the implementation of corrective actions;
- preparation of university documents for participation in the ranking of educational programs;
- conducting external evaluation procedures (accreditation, compliance with licensing requirements and legislation in the field of education);
- monitoring of the work of the Quality Assurance Committee and expert commissions of the university;
- consultations of heads of divisions;
- conducting training seminars in the field of QMS.
