The main objectives of the Anti-Corruption Commission are:

- To create an effective system for preventing and neutralizing corrupt activities;

- To prevent corruption in all areas of the university's activities by promoting honesty;

- To strengthen the anti-corruption capacity of the university.

The main tasks of the Anti-Corruption Commission are:

- To ensure the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and the protection of the university from corruption;

- To ensure the transparency of the university's activities;

- To form an anti-corruption attitude, an atmosphere of aversion to corruption and a legal culture of employees and students;

- To consider ways to prevent corruption;

- To ensure the implementation of state programs aimed at combating corruption.

The main areas of activity of the Anti-Corruption Commission

1. To promote the laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to prevent corruption and to comply with the requirements of regulatory acts adopted by state bodies.

2. To strengthen the fight against corruption at the university.

3. To organize meetings of the university's teaching staff and students with representatives of the Department of Internal Affairs, the National Security Committee, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Department of Justice in order to ensure that citizens are aware of their rights and obligations.

4. To monitor the progress (results) of anti-corruption work at the institute/faculties.

5. To conduct social research in order to identify corruption problems.

6. To organize the work of the helpline.

7. To organize the "Objective Exam" campaign and analyze its results.

8. To publish the results of the work carried out in the fight against corruption in the university newspaper and television.

9. Accepting complaints from employees and students about corruption cases encountered at the university and, if detected, contacting law enforcement agencies.
